First-year lacrosse standout Kate Sheridan, from Hingham, Mass., was named NESCAC Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the NESCAC All-Conference second team, and she is profiled in the June 18 edition of the Boston Globe.
Coach Heidi Golomsky said Sheridan “was pivotal in the success of our team this season. . . . In addition to being a highly skilled and tactically smart player, Kate played with a level of maturity and experience unlike any freshman I have ever coached. She was a standout at both ends of the field, leading our team in goals scored and draw controls.”
